Join the MMR HSA

Your family can become a member of the HSA by simply returning this membership form and activity fee. The funds from your fee go directly to support HSA events, students’ field trips, and educational enrichment, such as school assemblies. We encourage and thank you for your participation.

This year's HSA General Meetings are scheduled for
 November 11, 2024 and April 28, 2025 at 7pm.
